Pleasant Grove Office Merger
We are excited to share that our River Dental Pleasant Grove office will be merging into our River Dental Rogers office. Below are answers to some of the most common inquiries about this merger to help ensure a smooth transition.
1. Why is the Pleasant Grove location moving?
To better serve our patients, we are consolidating our offices into one location. This allows us to enhance our services, streamline operations, and continue providing high-quality dental care in one convenient location.
2. Where will my future appointments take place?
Starting March 10th, all appointments will be held at:
River Dental – Rogers
2001 West Walnut Street, Rogers, AR 72756
3. Will my scheduled appointment change?
No, all previously scheduled appointments will remain the same. The only change is the location—your appointment date and time will not be affected.
4. Will I still see the same dental team?
Yes! Dr. Natalie Jackson, Dr. Ryan Bradley, and the entire team will be moving to the Rogers office. You will continue receiving care from the same familiar faces you know and trust.
5. Do I need to do anything before my next appointment?
No action is required on your part. Simply arrive at our Rogers office for your scheduled appointment as you normally would. If you need to update your contact information or have any special requests, feel free to give us a call.
6. Will my insurance or payment options change?
No, your insurance coverage and payment options will remain the same. If you have any specific questions about your plan, please contact our office, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
7. What services will be available at the new location?
Our Rogers office offers the same comprehensive dental services you received at our Pleasant Grove location, including cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, orthodontics, and more.
8. What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call us at 479-636-6807, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.
9. Will my dental records transfer to the new location?
Yes, all patient records will automatically transfer to our Rogers office. There is no need to request a transfer—your dental history and treatment plans will be readily available to ensure continuity of care.

Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Natalie Jackson, DDS
Dr. Natalie Jackson, DDS, from Mountain Home, AR, embarked on her journey into dentistry after exploring various medical fields following her first bachelor’s degree. Once she shadowed at a dental office, she knew dentistry combined her passion for helping others with her interest in art and science. She moved to Kansas City to pursue her second bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at UMKC and later completed dental school there, driven by a desire to enhance patient care.
Seeking to broaden her expertise, Dr. Jackson undertook a one-year General Practice Residency in Saint Louis, MO, where she refined her skills in patient treatment. Her commitment to professional growth and patient well-being defines her practice philosophy.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Jackson cherishes her family life with her husband, their lively daughter, and two devoted corgis. Returning to her home state, she finds joy in being close to loved ones, including her twin brother. Her dedication to her community extends through education and outreach, promoting oral health awareness.
